  • No refunds for missed classes without 24-hour notice

4.2 Membership

  • Memberships are billed monthly/annually

  • Auto-renewal can be cancelled with 30 days notice

  • Prorated refunds for medical reasons (with documentation)

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Content Ownership

  • All content (logos, text, graphics, videos) are owned by DMA TKD

  • Martial arts curriculum and teaching methods are proprietary

  • No commercial use of our intellectual property without written consent

5.2 User-Generated Content

  • Users may submit videos for form checks

  • By submitting content, you grant DMA TKD rights to use within the platform

  • Users retain ownership but grant us a worldwide license

6. Liability and Risk
6.1 Acknowledgment of Risk

By participating in DMA TKD activities:

  • You acknowledge martial arts carry inherent risks

  • All activities are voluntary

  • You understand the physical demands and risks involved

6.2 Medical Clearance

  • Users must have medical clearance for physical activity

  • All injuries must be disclosed

  • Emergency contact information must be current

6.3 Waiver of Liability

Users must sign liability waivers before:

  • First class participation

  • Sparring sessions

  • Testing for belt promotions

  • Tournament participation

7. User Responsibilities
7.1 Age Requirements

  • 18+: Full responsibility for account
