Get ready—March is about to bring the heat, and we’re turning up the intensity! This is the month to push harder, train smarter, and show what you’re made of. Whether you’re prepping for the Rise N’ Grind Tournament or gearing up for Belt Testing in April, we’ve got everything you need to make this month EPIC.

🥋 UNLIMITED TRAINING FOR EVERYONE!

For the entire month of March, ALL students train unlimited—no restrictions, no extra fees. That’s right: from March 1–31, everyone gets extra mat time to sharpen skills, build confidence, and prepare like a champion.

• Jumpstarters: Come to your regular class times (scan in for attendance), and feel free to join extra classes all month. On the extra days, your badge will show you as “no eligible events,” but you’re 100% welcome!

• ActionPack Members: This is your time to shine! Take full advantage of your unlimited package—get here, scan in, and train like there’s no tomorrow.

⚔️ RISE N’ GRIND TOURNAMENT: MARCH 28

Mark your calendars! Our in-house tournament is the perfect arena to test your skills, gain confidence, and earn your place on the podium.

• Registration: $50 per competitor (includes Traditional or Creative Forms, Traditional or Creative Weapons, Flag Sparring or Point Sparring), Additional Divisions $5 each (Board Breaking, Synchronized Forms, Repeat Kicks, Sword Sparring)

• Schedule:  

  • 9:00 AM – Color Belts (Ages 5–10)

  • 10:30 AM – Color Belts (Ages 11–17)

  • 12:00 PM – All Black Belts

• Divisions: Split by belt rank and age. Groups will be separated into 4 competitors or less—so everyone competes on a level playing field.

• Awards: Every competitor places (1st–4th) and chooses their prize: Trophy, Medal, or Special Weapon Award.

• Black Belt Grand Championships: Top forms and sparring winners battle for the Grand Champion titles.

This isn’t just about winning—it’s about courage, growth, and pushing past your limits.

👕 2026 T-SHIRT UPDATE

We’re streamlining our apparel process! Starting in June, DMA will move to a print-on-demand system for apparel and other custom designs. A few items will be in stock, but most orders will be placed online. Since students must wear a DMA shirt for class uniformity, plan ahead and secure yours early.
